A network of hospital, community, and public health partners which aims to provide a systems-level approach to the address the ongoing drug poisoning crisis in Toronto.

Goals

TO2AN aims to increase access, improve health care experiences, and reduce opioid-related deaths among people who use drugs across a continuum of health services including community harm reduction, opioid agonist therapy (OAT), addiction consultation services, safer opioid supply, and injectable opioid agonist therapy (iOAT).

TO2AN will also provide centralized network coordination to support integration of services, capacity building for network members,  and a strengthened continuum of care that results in more positive and seamless health care experiences for people who use drugs.

The network is comprised of members from each partner site, physicians, researchers, coordination staff, and people who use drugs.
